John oversees the running of Tyddyn Farm with a focus on the reproduction of world-class young showjumpers. The team at Tyddyn Farm aim to provide equestrians of all abilities a best in class venue to train from, whether that be as a livery or a visitor.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by LOTTIE CRANE LIMITED (Company number: 12600688) (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you have questions, please contact us before booking.

1. Arena/Facility hire bookings

  • Customer cancellation: If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, we will refund the booking fee or offer a reschedule, subject to availability.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours may be non‑refundable, unless we can rebook the slot.
  • No‑shows: No‑shows are non‑refundable.

2. Weather and safety

For safety, we may cancel or reschedule due to adverse weather, unsafe ground conditions, or other safety concerns. In those cases we will offer either a reschedule or a refund for the affected service.

3. Events and competitions

Event entries may have different cancellation windows due to staffing and planning requirements. Where a specific event listing states different terms, those terms apply.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 3–10 working days.
